This is a quick, unsolicited thank you note for the excellent services your company provided in moving furniture from my mom's apartment in Hartsdale, NY to Boston, MA and New Haven, Connecticut. We also wanted to tell you that we thought Chuck Bella and his crew did an outstanding job. Chuck and his guys were extremely professional, efficient, and easy to work with. They took great care of our things and when there was a delay on the second say, they just hung in there with us. Our two-day move was coordinated by Jack Quigley and handled expertly by three movers: George, Scott and Mario. Each of these men was professional, pleasant and provided superior service. They handled our furniture and household items with care and concern - and with good humor (no easy task.) We are so very pleased that we chose JB Moving Services from among the five estimates we reviewed and look forward to our return move, scheduled for Spring 2001. You know that a customer must be pleased to say that they "look forward" to doing a move all over again. Not only were they timely and quick, but also they took the care to handle our belongings with the utmost care that was surely not overlooked. They handled our furniture and boxes as if they were moving their own. I would like to extend a special thanks to Josh, who went above and beyond his call of duty. He placed al my furniture according to my wishes and even moved some pieces when I changed my mind. He put together our beds so we were able to get a good nights rest after such a taxing day of moving. For this, our family thanks him. Please note that we have moved a dozen times in the Greenwich area in the past 10 years and have utilized many moving companies but JB Movers have surely impressed our family.
